Naveed is an entrepreneur, community builder, and strategist.
As an entrepreneur, Naveed has co-founded multiple ventures including Rally, which has raised over $500 Million for more than 60,000 causes around the globe. His ventures have secured funding from top angel investors, including Tim Ferris and Eric Ries, and leading VCs, including Greylock Partners and Google Ventures.
As a community builder, Naveed advises the Thiel Fellowship and leads startup initiatives for the Ismaili Professionals Network, creating programs that over 1,000 existing and aspiring entrepreneurs have gone through. This work inspired Naveed to create The Start. Naveed has spoken at events hosted by SXSW, TechCrunch, and TEDx.
As a strategist, Naveed has worked with several startups, including Reactor Core, which operates the world’s top coding schools, now graduating more software engineers every year than Stanford University, University of California, and Berkeley combined. Naveed has also been an angel investor, investing in Ohana, which was acquired by Facebook.
